On the occasion of the World Space Week Celebrations 2026 there will be a public outreach programme on Saturday, 10 October 2026, at the Kerala State Science and Technology Museum, Thiruvananthapuram.

The programme is being jointly organised by Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC), ISRO Inertial Systems Unit (IISU), and Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), in association with the Kerala State Science and Technology Museum.

The event will feature a public lecture from ISRO on this year's theme for the World Space Week. In addition, experts from ISRO will interact with the audience and share insights on India's space programme, recent developments in space science and technology, and the future of space exploration.

This will be a unique opportunity for students, teachers, science enthusiasts, and members of the public to engage directly with space scientists and engineers, learn about India's achievements in space, and explore the science and technology behind space missions.
